General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 01

These general terms and conditions of sale govern sales concluded between NAÏVA Paris and any non-professional buyer making a purchase on our online store.

Article 02

Products

NAÏVA Paris offers a selection of women's clothing, shoes, and fashion accessories. Each item is carefully selected according to our quality criteria before being offered for sale.

Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Slight color variations may exist depending on your screen calibration.

If you have any doubts about a size, we recommend consulting our size guide available on each product page or contacting us before placing your order.
Article 03

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). NAÏVA Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery fees: free for purchases of €60 or more in mainland France. Below this amount, a delivery fee of €4.90 applies.

Article 04

Orders

Confirmation of your order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Every confirmed order is subject to a confirmation email sent to the address provided during the purchase.

NAÏVA Paris reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of:

  • Unresolved payment issue
  • Unexpected stock shortage
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Suspicion of fraud

In case of cancellation on our part, you will be fully refunded within 5 to 10 business days.

Article 05

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All transactions are secured by SSL protocol. No banking data is stored on our site.

Article 06

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation. Delivery times are as follows:

  • Mainland France: 5 to 8 business days
  • Belgium & Switzerland: 7 to 10 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 8 to 12 business days

An email containing your tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment. NAÏVA Paris cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 07

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reasons.

Return conditions:

  • Item unworn, unwashed, in its original condition
  • Tags attached and packaging intact
  • Return initiated by email to contact@naiva-paris.com
The refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item, to the payment method used during the purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

Article 08

Guarantees

NAÏVA Paris guarantees that all products sold conform to their description and are free from defects. In case of a defective or non-compliant product, we commit to:

  • Provide a free replacement
  • Or fully refund the order

Any defective item must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos to contact@naiva-paris.com.

Article 09

Personal data

The data collected during your order (name, address, email) is used exclusively for processing your order and for customer relations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data by contacting us at contact@naiva-paris.com.

Your data is never sold or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.

Article 10

Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you can use a free consumer mediation service in case of an unresolved dispute.
